New Hyster LO2.0-3.0P Low Level Order Picker

The Hyster LO2.0-3.0P is the latest in Hyster’s range of warehouse materials handling equipment, with a state-of-the-art new look and functionality.

Travel speed is increased to 13km/h. Built-in functionality means the truck adapts its travel speed based on the weight of the load, including the operator. Maximum travel speed is programable. Speed is also reduced during cornering.

Coasting function allows the operator to move the unit while walking alongside. Saving time while moving between pick stations.

Intelligent lift enables the ability to lift and drive at the same time. A feature not previously available. The forks raise just enough to lift the load off the floor, then the operator engages the traction. The forks continue lifting to full height automatically.
This feature allows faster load handling cycle times by combining travel and lifting, increasing productivity.

Fork designs are available in both single and double-pallet handling options. The forks tips are slightly slanted, to facilitate the pallet entry with pallet entry rollers included. 85mm fork height is standard and the LO range is designed to handle CHEP pallets with ease.

Caster Wheels come standard and provide adequate load distribution in all loading conditions. Reducing shocks transmitted to the equipment and operator while improving stability during cornering.

Platform is redesigned with the battery compartment now positioned behind the operator with the forks trailing, increasing forward visibility. Our low platform height (160mm) requires minimum effort to hop on and off. The truck is provided with a standard backrest made with soft material, to support the operator’s back.

Automated work light is optional and activated automatically in dark areas, providing optimum visibility for the operator. Pedestrian awareness light is built into the frame protected from damage, activating automatically when the unit moves. Highly recommended for high traffic applications, alerting pedestrians and other vehicles of the truck approaching.

Adjustable scooter control is available to easily adjust height most suitable to the operator.
