Overnight Parts Support

Our close geographical location to the distribution centre in Australia means that Hyster NZ has the ability to take delivery of parts for its customers overnight, dependent on availability.

For customers in Auckland, this means that you can collect parts from our branch the next day before 12 midday. For customers outside of Auckland, extra time for a domestic courier must be allowed but your Hyster NZ team member will advise.

Our branch staff use an online order system which can show accurate parts availability in all the major Hyster Distribution Centres (i.e. Australia, Japan, Europe and USA) to give realistic lead times for our customers.
